On today’s ride the fork worked perfect but I did not moved the gate dial as I’m afraid that it will end up permanently locked out again. I bled the Xloc again last night and it took a long time (30 minutes+) to get to the point of very few bubbles coming out. Yesterday I turned it all the way in after which the lock out button would not return to its fully extended position when the Xloc was locked out and the fork remained locked out when even when the Xloc was pressed in to the open position. When I turn it back out (opposite direction of the arrow) the buttons goes back out.
What is now happening is, when the Xloc is extended, in lock out position and I turn the gate adjust in (the direction of the arrow and +) the lock out button starts to go in as the gate dial is turned. Rock Shox is replacing this, Thanks! I attempted to tape the bad one and bleed the Xloc. It came with a bleed kit for the Xloc but one of the syringes is cracked. I have a 2012 XX Sid 29er fork and am having some issues with the Xloc.
